First visit to Paris
We stayed at this hotel as 40th birthday surprise visit to Paris the hotel was a 20 euro taxi ride from the Eurostar train station but could be reached by the metro. Being able to book in at 12 noon was a bonus as it allowed us to drop off our bags and start exploring Paris. The Eiffel tower was only a twenty minute stroll from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful with directions and advice. The room was clean and tidy we had the breakfast which was 14 euros which sounds expensive but was a help yourself buffet and was very good quality. We managed to book this hotel for two nights for the price of one which made it good value for a Paris hotel. Reviewed by Martin M, who stayed in April 2012
Special Occasion Break
The hotel was reasonably easy to find. The staff spoke excellent English, although we did use French, and were extremely helpful. The location was close to the River Seine and only a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Also there were lots of different restaurants in the area, to suit every budget. As far as we were concerned it was the perfect 'bolt hole' for our Pearl Anniversary stay. Reviewed by Trevor D, who stayed in March 2012
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. Reviewed by R White, who stayed in March 2012
Highly recommended
We were very impressed with cleanliness and helpfulness. My partner's glasses had broken during our stay and the night porter managed to fix them without charge. Room was spacious, light and refreshingly cool on a very hot day. Very convenient for Eiffel Tower and Parc des Princes. Reviewed by Alison R, who stayed in June 2010
