It's cheaper in Spain
This excellent hotel is let down by it's mythological pricing. I can stay in the same company's hotel in Burgos, far superior in location and amenity for 120 Euros; Here in Paris the bare room (double next to the lift) is 350 EUROS.
Nobody in their right mind will pay this for a hotel of this category.
Insult to injury - breakfast 24 Euros, I can get a full meal for that in the same street.
And what do you get? Spanish hotel chain, tortilla, no.
Good fried eggs? No; Reconstituted scrambled.
Pastries? Yes good mini croissants but nothing more.
Bacon, cheap supermarket smoked belly of pork.
Tea, bags only and no milk.
I don't expect milk in a small family hotel in Greece for example but this joint is four stars and Spain is in Europe.
No, could do better, the management needs changing and the conceptual structure of this business needs to be stiffened with a good dose of honesty and integrity. Reviewed by brian walker, who stayed in December 2011
Well situated
Hotel was pleasant in a good area. Close to lots of restaurants and Gare Montparnasse. Lighting in rooms could have been better. Reviewed by Rachelle D, who stayed in July 2011
