Tiled floors
Any joy at the friendly greeting by the lovely lady at reception was lost after just one night in this hotel.
The room looked like it was decorated by an East German from the mid-80's. Grey with "colourful" beige highlights and tiled floors. During the night it became obvious that all the rooms had tiled floors. Anyone with high heels or hard soled shoes could be heard stomping around. And the walls are so thin that you could easily hear talking.
Their assertion that these rooms normally go for EUR275 a night is quite laughable. After living in Paris for five years, I can name many hotels that charge less than EUR200 for rooms that are much, much nicer than here.
Basically, this hotel was so bad that I left after only one night and checked into another hotel. Reviewed by Robert W, who stayed in April 2012
Nice hotel, good area, only big downside to hotel was there were no coffee making facilities available in room. Reviewed by L Jones, who stayed in October 2011
Charming hotel, great location
We stayed for a long weekend and caught the RER from CDG to Luxembourg which is a short walk away from the Hotel. There are some great restaurants around the Pantheon which is nearby if you want to avoid the touristy latin quarter. The staff couldn't have been more helpful at the hotel, spoke perfect English and the location is superb Reviewed by J Davies, who stayed in August 2011
Good area - quite central. The room wasn't big, but you don't go to Paris to stay in :) Definitely value for money. Reviewed by Natalija V, who stayed in August 2011
Great hotel!
Great clean, tidy and modern hotel in a good location to the centre of Paris. Staff very helpful. Only gripe is it is a rip off for the wifi. Would stay again though. Reviewed by Thomas M, who stayed in August 2011
