"We stayed in a Cozy room and it was really nice, very modern and it was a decent size for Paris, good value for money. We had 2 windows with Juliet balconies which overlooked the street below. Everyone on reception was really welcoming and happy to help.
The area up towards Gard de Nord is a little sketchy so I would recommend getting a taxi to the hotel although it is only a short walk.
We went to Hotel de Nord for a meal which is near the hotel towards the river, and it was fantastic.
We would definitely stay there again :)
