Great for a short stay (Paris Marathon)
The hotel is very convenient for the RER/ Metro, it's not in a main tourist district but there are a few bars, restaurants and shops in the vicinity, and usually with city breaks you are out and about the majority going to different places so this wasn't an issue for us. The hotel rooms are very nicely decorated and clean, but the rooms are quite small (I believe this is not unusual for Paris). If you are expecting to be able to cook then the facilities and equipment is very limited (microwave, fridge only one of the two rooms had a small hob) but there simply isn't the space to do much more than breakfast or a quick snack (this was fine for us we just needed to do breakfast before the marathon). I would say that it was quite pricey for what you got but it is Paris and it was a very busy weekend for the city and we didn't see much advertised for a lower price. Overall I would consider staying here again. Reviewed by Laura C, who stayed in April 2012
Impressed
Friendly service, clean and tidy and good price. Didn't bother with breakfast though, not at 16Euro at any rate, seems redundant too when you have your own kitchen.
THe Nespresso machine is very handy but instead of buying the coffee from the hotel (at 2Euro a pop), why not go to the MonoPrix down the road and buy 10 for 2.50?
Also, I recommend taking a tea-towel, a dish cloth, bowls and washing up liquid. Reviewed by B Bradford, who stayed in January 2012
Clean, spacious, a little soul-less
A matter of meters from the very well connected FM Bibliotheque RER and Metro station, this hotel is better placed than its apparently out of the way location suggests. Be warned, however, this is a re-developing area of Paris -- modern, functional and w/o any real character. Immediately opposite the hotel is still a building site. (Aug 2011)
The hotel is very new -- clean and fresh, but dull.
We stayed in one of their suites: decent sized bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed & kitchenette and ensuite wetroom with loo and shower.
Minuses: walls are too bare; no mirror outside of bathroom (silly); kitchenette too basic to be very useful with a small combi microwave placed higher than eye level (unless you're well over six foot) -- potentially dangerous. Insufficient crockery to go with kitchenette. Lack of instructions for bits and bobs in room, or to tell you where to get sensibly small quantities of dishwasher stuff, refills for nespresso machine etc. All could be very simply remedied.
Rooms like these are a great idea and Park Suites was good value; a little lateral thinking would do wonders. At the risk of being sexist, a woman's touch is needed (I'm a bloke).

What a great find!
Stayed here for 4 nights for the conclusion of the 2010 Tour de France. Located towards the outskirts of Paris in a business district, the area was quiet and clean. The nearest metro station was <5 min walk and there were 3-4 resturant/bars along the road to the metro for an after dinner drink or when you just can't be arsed to get the metro into Paris centre.
Rooms were quite small (this is Paris and as with any big city space is always an issue - my advice; expect a box room and be happy when you can swing a cat!) but absolutely spotless, bathroom with bath, a comfortable bed with flat screen tv and a small but perfectly formed kitchenette (including fridge, hob, plates and cutlary, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine and microwave).
Reception staff spoke perfect english and were very polite and helpful. Hotel decor is modern and a number of 'things to do' flyers are available in the reception area.
Major building work was taking place accross the street during our stay but there were no disturbance to our stay.
Can't comment on the hotel food I'm afraid but with great local amenities including a supermarketing selling anything you'd need, it would work out cheaper utilising the kitchenette anyway.
A great place in a a great location - will definately head back for another visit. Reviewed by Clare Billson, who stayed in July 2010
