Very nice
Lovely location close to Commerce metro.Room was immaculate and cosy.
Only negative for me was there is no microwave which means eating out. There are local supermarkets that could be a lot cheaper for an evening meal.
But if you don't mind there been no microwave the hotel is a 10/10. Reviewed by Ian L, who stayed in November 2011

The area around the hotel is a bit rundown but it is very close to the centre of Paris. It is within a 10/15minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It is a 3 minute walk to the nearest Metro stations and it is a very busy area. There are lots of shops and cafes nearby. Reviewed by M Higgins, who stayed in October 2011

We found the accommodation ok. Ideal for somewhere just to have as a base. The room was clean, towels changed every day, beds made and bathroom cleaned. Staff friendly and very helpful. If you want four and five star then you have to pay price this was ok for the star rating we would use again if and when we go back to paris. Reviewed by PAMELA B, who stayed in September 2011
good value for the location
nice reception, a few issues with the finish of the room but basically very happy! Reviewed by Timothy S, who stayed in August 2011
Highly recommended
A great little hotel in a good location. 2 tube stations very close by, the best way to get around. We had a 3 day viste day pass for the metro which was well worth the money. Close to restaurants, bars and pubs and a 'Maccy D's'. Room cleaned with fresh towels everyday. Staff were very friendly and even organised a shuttle bus to get us back to the airport. Highly recommended. Reviewed by Julie G, who stayed in July 2011
A lovely little hotel in a great area of Paris
This hotel is situated in a lovely residential area of Paris - it felt safe and the village has everything you could need in terms of shops, cafes, bars, cash points - and a lovely little park to sit out in - great if you have very young children in your party. The hotel is just a short walk away from the metro (Commerce) and about a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. It's a perfect base location for exploring Paris.
The hotel was clean and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. The lift is very small (it holds 2 people) but was always working and suited us just fine. We had booked a twin room but were actually given a double bed - not a huge problem for me and my 11 year old daughter, but something to check up on before your visit. We didn't book breakfast - there are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. No kettle in the room so make sure you buy lots of drinks. Towels were replenished daily, as was soap and shampoo.
We absolutely loved the area and felt we had fallen on our feet by booking this hotel - we would definitely stay again. Reviewed by M O'Sullivan, who stayed in April 2011

Clean & nice hotel, very pleasant experience
I was in Paris for a 3 day break with my wife and couldn't have found a better place to stay. Easily accessible with nearest metro at 5 mins walking distance & Eiffel tower at abt 15 mins walking distance. Very clean and tidy rooms & helpful and smiling staff. Only drawback I could think of was thin walls of the rooms & you could hear a murmuring sound in the next room. But all other factors, combined with attractive deal I got, compensated more than enough. Reviewed by A Lad, who stayed in April 2011
Good location and price but otherwise poor.....
This hotel was great in terms of its location. It was very close to tube stations and only 10 minutes walk from the eiffel tower. There are nice coffee places and all the usual retail shops such as H&M, GAP etc. However the hotel itself is very poor. The room is very cramped and stuffy. Ventilation was very poor and the bathroom door did not close. The service was not great. An example of this was when I asked for a glass of water, however I was told that they did not provide water even if brought, despite seeing bottles of water behind the desk!!!!! If you have a limited budget its ok but next time I will spend a bit extra for a better room...... Reviewed by A Rahim, who stayed in February 2011

Perfect city hotel!! Must read!!
This hotel was great! Great location, 2mins from metro station. (metro is great and useful to get around until you know the city) Post office over the road. Plenty of shops on the same street. A fantastic patisarie (bakery) just up street, perfect for cheap and delicious breakfast option and cakes! About 10min walk to the eiffel tower. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned to perfection each day. Safe in room. Good heating and big windows to open for fresh air too. Didn't have breakfast in hotel, looked just basic but nice; we went to the local bakers everyday to save a bit of money. Room was just a nice size, en-suite was too. Plenty of towels. Stairs and small lift (just what you want). If your wanting a bit of fun for a break of all that site seeing, the is a lesuire centre called Aquaboulavard Paris not far from hotel which is also a great day out, fantastic and fun swimming pool with awesome slides inside and outside. (if you look on website there are loads of photos and details) Photos of hotel on website are honest! Overall a fantastic stay! Will definitely be staying again. well located for the eifel tower and metro lines
a very clean modern hotel with very plesant staff,
the room we had was a twin room, which was a little small, but we used it as a base to explore the city, the nearby village of commerce on the metro line 8 was a lite find and an excellent loaction to eat and drink
the other metro in cambrone was also very near
overall a very postive trip and a great hotel Reviewed by stephen f, who stayed in September 2010

Nice but noisy
We were surprised to be asked to pay immediately on arrival, before even seeing the room.
The room was clean and pleasant, but noisy from the street outside, as we had to have the window open to keep cool.
Compared with the hotel we used the night before, this was expensive, as we had to pay high season rates (a supplement of 30€) even in mid-June. Reviewed by R BROWN, who stayed in June 2010
