So so basic, I would certainly have paid 10 Euros more for something remotely more inviting. Only stay here if you're desperate. Reviewed by Catherine S, who stayed in August 2011

booked the room with breakfast and the reception told us that we could come down anytime in the morning to have our breakfast but on the 2nd day we went down at 10+am and the person said that the breakfast ended at 10am and we couldnt get the money we paid for our breakfast back. We were told that the breakfast will be very good but the breakfast was just merely a bread, a Croissants and a coffee. Reviewed by W Ang, who stayed in December 2010

Great price for Paris and very near Nord station so that was good but I did expect to get a tv and bathroom in the room like it said on the site but actually there was no tv and there was only a small sink in the room.
The room was cute and clean but really more like a prison cell than a hotel room ! Small Single bed and basic bedding. No pillow slip, the pillow was under the sheet instead of in a pillow case. It was a bit depressing but nothing too horrendous however I couldn't open the window to let any air in and It was on the fifth floor wth no lift I was pretty hot by the time I climbed the stairs.....I wanted a shower but the showers were on the 3rd floor.... the showers were good and clean. ... there was soap and shower gel sachets in the bedroom but the towel was only a hand towel so bit small to dry myself after the shower ,,,,, however you get dry dashing back up to the 5th floor I guess!
This hotel is acceptable and the people are nice and it convienient but it's definitely a bit of a depressing experience for a single person... it makes you feel really really sad and lonley ...and like a prostitute... but thats kinda cool in a way !
