very french!
Had a very nice couple of nights in this hotel, managed to get a good deal through Late Rooms and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great place, just one street away from the Eiffel Tower and near to loads of restaurants, a good place for a base in Paris. Hotel was nicely furnished, with twisting staircases and large shuttered windows, two of us stayed in a room for 4, which wasn't huge but was nice. Breakfast was buffet style, and at 15euros not too cheap but very good, we had one breakfast there and another just down the road at a restaurant which worked out a little cheaper. If you fancy a change from a restaurant meal in the evening then wander across to the gardens under the Tower with a bottle of wine and some food from nearby supermarket and join the locals in a huge picnic. The hotel staff were very friendly, we enjoyed our stay and would return again. Reviewed by john l, who stayed in May 2011
really good hotel, most staff friendly especially the young lady on reception most mornings we were there who was helpful with directions and very helpful the day we left trying to get us a taxi in dreadful weather. it was easy to get to all attractions from hotel and we were next to eifel tower. would certainly stay again.
