Hotels Paris Reservations

the first impressions of the hotel are nice nothing impressive but nice, when i arrived into the actual room i was dismayed to say the least! the room was tiny and there was an open wall panel. The Bathroom was covered in limescale and the sink needed a clean, the shower was a joke the size and the fact that when my arm touched it i had to wash it again.
