Never Again
well..first of all we were sent the wrong way to our room, we had two babies with us and unable to access the room as no lift..went back to reception to be told the normal lift wasn't working and luckily the receptionist then showed us the correct way.
the door to the soft play area was open by a bin, we felt this was not safe, also the gangway to the area was full of shoes!
went to one of the restaurants for dinner, the chicken curry was a very small portion and would not have filled my 4 year old nephew!
the swimming pool was lovely though Reviewed by tracey r, who stayed in March 2012
fantastic experience
wonderful swimming pool. and thats the only plus point this hotel have. the breakfast is included the room rent but what is the benefit if there is only bread and butter. the location is nice and good for the young children's who want to spend good time in disneyland as well as in hotel Reviewed by M Rahman, who stayed in October 2011
Our stay at Hotel Explorers
We went to Eurodisney as a family of 5: Myself, my mum and 3 children aged 7, 12 and 14.
The hotel is good for families with a swimming pool and the jungle theme play area and arcade. The hotel felt spacious and bright. Our room was very clean. The main room had a double bed and 2 single beds with an adjoining room that had a bunk-bed and the boys took that room. There was a TV in each room. Separate toilet and shower in main room with enough towels for us all. Only complaint is there were no tea-bags but just coffee and just powdered milk.
The shuttle service to the station/disney park is very handy and makes getting around stress-free.
My mum and youngest son said they want to come back to the same hotel. Reviewed by Joanne A, who stayed in August 2011

Kids absolutely loved the hotel
Our 2 kids (8 and 6) loved this hotel. They even liked it better than Disneyland! Nice swimming pool and play areas for kids. It even has a kiddy's fitness. Reviewed by anniek d, who stayed in May 2011
In a snow storm the buses were cancelled. We got lost, almost died! Ended up with the flu. Turned up at the hotel after a day at the parks covered in snow, totally frost bitten and the French receptionist could only repeat time and time again `I understand`. No she did not. Nor did she offer a warm drink after being in the snow storm for an hour and a half lost! Reviewed by J Mcdaid, who stayed in December 2010
Booked very late but still able to get a family room to accomodate 3 adults and 2 children at a fraction of price of Disney's own hotels. Hotel is only a few minutes from the parks, had free parking, helpful staff, decent food and decor was good enough to make you think it was a Disney Hotel. Pool looked good but we arrived too late to make use of it. All in all a good experience and would stay there again if I was going back to Eurodisney. Reviewed by R Newell, who stayed in October 2010
Good, particularly if with children
Difficult to find hotel, ended up in Disney Parc, security guard had never heard of hotel. He eventually found someone who could give me directions.
Check in was fine
Room was very good although could have done with more coffee, sugar and some real milk.
Evening meal was ok but very expensive
Breakfast was fine
2nd night evening meal was ok but again expensive for what it was. Reviewed by Kelvin Binding, who stayed in October 2010
Accommodation
The room was quite small for a family room and not enough places to hang up your damp towel to dry if you have a family of four.
the room could have been a bit brighter and the main light brighter as well. Reviewed by L Richins, who stayed in August 2010
