Good location, simple place
Paris is very expensive, so if you're looking for a cheap bolt hole from which to enjoy the city, this small hotel could be for you. It is very basic and quite old fashioned as you may imagine from the price, but the staff were friendly and the rooms pretty clean. The best thing about the hotel is the location, very close to two metros, about 25 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and near to fun bars and restaurants. You would not want to spend any time at this hotel, so it would not be great for couples looking for a romantic break. But perfect for friends or a single person just looking for somewhere simple and cheap to rest their heads. Reviewed by L Maclean, who stayed in August 2011
