hotel stay
Great hotel for the price, great shuttle buses to the parks every 10mins and its the 1st pick up on route so not to busy. The rooms are basic but clean . The breakfast is a typical free for all rush to get your toast, tea coffee etc so expect a bit of hussle in the que. There was alot of school trips there as it was the Easter hols so try and get everywhere before the kids .. all in all great value for money and ideal place to get your head down after a busy day in the Disney parks. The Disneyland experience
Had a really good holiday in Disneyland Paris, the weather was fantastic even for March. The hotel was adequate, but we thought that for a 3 star. The food was quite good but I must say on the very last day I got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet, I think it was the yoghurt, this made my journey home an absolute nightmare. All in all not a bad hotel. Reviewed by jamie baker, who stayed in March 2012
Besides the sink being broken and overflowing and the fact that someone in the next room was smoking it was a great room for only me and four days just to sleep in. Reviewed by E Bumby, who stayed in January 2012
Ideal disney location
Hotel has a great shuttle bus service to the disney parks and train station, frequent, free shuttles running until midnight - hotel is ideal for people who need somewhere close to disney without the huge disney pricetag. It was perfect for what we needed and rooms were average size and clean. Breakfast hall big to cater for all guests with lots of options of food available, didnt try it at dinner time as we ate in the disney area. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, would recommend it to any disney goers. Reviewed by Lisa Black, who stayed in January 2012
Excellent Hotel
This hotel is a friendly and relaxing place to stay whilst enjoying your visit to Disneyland. The buffet breakfast and evening meal were very good and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean with a very comfortable bed to aid in a good nights sleep. It is situated very close to Disneyland resort and with the free shutttle bus going every 15 minutes makes it so convinient to anyone wishing to enjoy there stay without any hassels. I would recommend this hotel to any type of traveller and I would definatley stay here again. Reviewed by P Dunn, who stayed in November 2011
mixed review
reception staff unhelpful, restaurant staff very helpful and friendly. The room was fine for what we needed but it had no sound proofing at all! Noise came from outside, the corridors, and being next to the lifts, the door to the corridor slammed day and night. A notice asking people to be quiet in the corridor as people may be trying to sleep might have helped as people just don't think sometimes. I asked to moved room to the main part of the hotel as were we staying 3 days but this was a firm "no" not a try later or maybe tomorrow even! Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare as we had to queue in the cold outside for 45 minutes waiting for a table which was (typically) ignored by the other european guests so just joined the queue where they felt but breakfast was good with a good selection. Would I stay here again, no. Reviewed by s grant, who stayed in October 2011
Cheap accomodation not far from the Disney Parks
It was a bit too far to walk to the Disney parks from the hotel however the courtesy bus was regular (about every 10 minutes) and reliable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was a bit small for 4 adults to stay in but adequate if using for just a short break. You were given a time slot for the buffet breakfast which worked very well as there was minimum queuing. Reviewed by N Preece, who stayed in September 2011
Not convenient, no food options, overcrowded shuttles, rude staff and false claims. Don't go there!
We went to this hotel thinking that it was just 1 km from disneyland and runs its own shuttle, however the truth was that the shuttle is run by 4 hotels combined and is overcrowded. Also each shuttle, during most part of the day, travels at a frequency of half an hour. The bus was so crowded that there was shouldering happening and I boarded the bus and my husband was left out. My pleas of leaving the bus was unheard by the bus driver and I reached the hotel without a single penny in my pocket! My husband had to take a cab for 10 euros (for just 1 km) to reach me in a foreign country. Also, the breakfast is ordinary and the coca cola served are actually coloured water that are tasteless. The staff was rude to me when I asked him for my wifi password even after checking in at 2:30. According to him, even after paying for the first night I was not allowed the wifi password before 3 PM and I asked him half an hour before 3 PM. There are no food options nearby and you are forced to go for their 21 euros per person buffet dinner. There were also false claims made by the hotel. The hotel website said that they run paid shuttles from the hotel to Orly airport. The fact was that the shuttles were not from the hotel. We had to first go to the bus station and the shuttle was from there with a very low frequency. The staff didn't have much information as they told me that the shuttle was directly from the hotel. Had I believed them, I would have missed my flight. Another word of caution, the staff told me that the bus journey would be around 40 mins but it took us 2 hours and we made it to the flight at the 11th hour!
Don't go to Kyriad, it is not a 3 star and the staff doesn't understand English much and are rude too except for one of the young lady who was nice!

Perfectly acceptable
Wanted somewhere fairly cheap as we didn't intend to use the hotel that much as we would be out at Disneyland most of the time and this accommodation offered us exactly that. Very close to the parks with a free shuttle bus that came every 10 minutes to take the guests to and from Disneyland. Some of the local hotels were extortionate in price but we basically just wanted somewhere to sleep etc that didn't cost the earth and this is what we got. Good hotel
The kyriad accommodation was very good. Friendly staff. Rooms clean,TV, tea and coffee, terrific view over lake, ideal for walk. Breakfast had no waiting and food plentiful. Courtesy bus was frequent and ran till late. Lift out of order and may have caused inconvenience. Reviewed by ROBERT YOUNG, who stayed in August 2011
Rooms clean and comfortable, shame about the service...
The check in and out was straightforward, though very impersonal. Breakfast was a rugger-scrum, though adequate. I requested the lacking kettle for tea supplied in room 3 times from reception over 9 hours and never received one! Poor value for money. Reviewed by C Sisk, who stayed in August 2011
Great Value and Perfect for Disney
Perhaps the Kyriad is not as well known or lavish as some of the "name" hotels around Euro Disney, but it was a great place to stay, and excellent value for money. Our family (parents and 2 teenage children) stayed in a family room, which was clean and comfortable. Staff on reception and in restaurant were happy and helpful. Courtesy buses to Euro Disney ran every 10 minutes from daybreak until 1am and took no more than 5 minutes. Well worth a visit. Reviewed by George T, who stayed in August 2011

Disneyland Paris on a Budget
The Kyriad is ideal for a family of 4 wanting a cheap stay for Disneyland - its also on the shuttle bus route so once you arrive park up the car until you leave - this was a big plus for me as I was the only driver. If you visit during the summer the the park opens at 10am & closes at 11pm so you only want a dormatory to stay in - basically a traveloge in Paris. The quality is on par with the basic Disney hotels but not quite as "themed" but if you save £80+ per night you can eat in Cafe Mickey every night & gorge on the Disney Charactors all you need. We paid 400 Euros for a 3 night stay including local taxes in the height of summer - mid August - the same break on site would cost an additional £400!!! so save your money or spend it in the park.
