"Hotel staff Max & Philipe were excellent. So helpful. We were initially very disappointed when we arrived to find that although we had booked 2 hotel rooms, there had been an error by someone at the hotel and only one room had been booked. The hotel was booked out so Max organised for my sister and I to stay at another hotel down the road for one night while my parents stayed in the hotel. Then we moved to the hotel the next day. The replacement hotel was certainly no where near as nice. The Le Fabe Hotel was clean and the rooms were pleasant with spacious bathrooms. Would have been brilliant if our booking had been correct. However, as mentioned the staff really went out of their way to help us with everything we needed so that helped make up for it. The hotel is a couple of stops further out that the main central area but we didn't find this a problem and it's only a couple of minutes walk from Pernety metro station."
