Our first Disneyland Paris Trip
The staff were very helpful and friendly, we arrived 3 hours before the check in time but our room was already ready for us so we could check in leave our cases before we headed to Disneyland. The room was clean and met our needs. The hotel itself is only 10 mins away from the park and the free shuttle bus ran regularly even at 11pm at night after the fireworks at Disneyland.

Double bed was in fact two twin bed together. Felt a little cheated and there was graffiti in room. Reviewed by Tracy S, who stayed in March 2012
4 star prices but not 4 star quality. Disappointed with meal options in the evening. Either paying 33 euros pp for a sub standard 3 course meal or paying not 19 euros for a salad bar! Most other 4 star hotels would have a cheaper bar menu option. Very disappointed with the lack of options and on the second night we ordered a takeaway from Prego costing 30 euros for 3 people and much better quality! Overall very good
I thought the space in the room was quite limited, specially between the bed and the wardrobe. On the picutes the swimming pool seemed to be big, but it was a little bit disappointing when we got there as it was quite small. Reviewed by n amorim, who stayed in August 2011

excellent
A very good hotel child friendly. We stayed with our 4 year old grandaughter who loved the rides and ball pool. The only thing that could be inmproved was the addition of a snack eating area .We enjoyed our meals in the restaurant ,but felt the choice and overfacing portions were not suitable for a 4 year old, she left most of it.. This apart we would certainly stay again. Reviewed by M Hall, who stayed in May 2011
good clean hotel with friendly helpful staff
This hotel is a clean friendly hotel with very obliging staff who are very helpful the facillities to accomodate for disabled people is ok but some improvements could be made with more grab rails in rooms for people who need assistance in walking from bedroom to bathroom or at the side of the bed. On the whole I could not fault the hotel on all the other aspects of its service and would recommend it to other people who wish to visit disneyland on a short or long stay. Definitely will be going back!
This hotel must be the best I have ever stayed at.
There was a free shuttle running to and from Disney Land, aprox every 15 mins.
The staff were friendly and very professional.
The room was beautiful with a good view.
The food was amazing for me but unfortunatley my partners burger was slightly rare.
This hotel is very good value for money, before we left we were already planning our next visit when we will be bringing our friends who we are sure will love it as much as we did. Reviewed by J Taylor, who stayed in January 2011

Good base for Disney
Clean decent family room (double bed, bunk beds for 2 kids), ample breakfast included. OK swimming pool, friendly efficient service. Dinner at hotel is overpriced and mediocre, although some dishes are good. For those who have energy in the evening, some scouting in nearby villages might result in better food. Bus takes about 15 minutes to get to park. we were there October off season so can't tell what it's like during summer madness. Reviewed by Oliver L, who stayed in October 2010
Fantastic
We stayed here between september 12-14th 2010 and enjoyed every minute. The staff were very helpful and informative. The presentation of the hotel was lovely, very theatrical! The bed was absolutely massive and we were luck enough to have a view over the lake. They have a free bus shuttle service to and from the hotel to disney village/disneyland and it takes approx 10 minutes to get there. Breakfast was nice, good selection.
If your going into disney be prepared with lots of money it is extortionate for food unless you want to live off macdonalds! We spent nearlly £200 on food in 2 days.
Lovely hotel definately worthy of its 4 stars would definately come again next time :-) Reviewed by Joanne L, who stayed in September 2010
My stay
Arrived bus journey was quick and no waiting. The hotel looked just as the advert we were pleased when the kids were exited. Checkin was simple good communication found room easily. Room was a little small but the most comfortable bed tv channels were excellent and complimentary tea a plus very nice view just as requested. Good daily service loved the hand gel very good quality to the tiny details hair dryer great. We enjoyed this hotel would go there any time so if you need a hotel in Disney don't hesitate great gettin into the country and away from the park 15 min.s takes you from your room to the park perfect holiday destination . Kids loved the food bar and amusement for the kids was good for adults too. table tennis outside and park you'll love to feed the fish at the lake. Also swim or go the gym enjoy yourself we did. I thought overall its a clean enough and family friendly hotel with a lot of things to do for kids, especially in the reception area.......however I thought it was not great value for money. Every thing in the reception (except a ball pen) was Euros which adds up quickly with a couple of kids.
A lot of the crockery , cutlery , glass etc in the dining room was smeared and dirty and I thought the food overall was either very good or very poor (no middle ground). I thought the menu (considering only one choiuce of restaurant) was expensive at Euro 28 for a couple of courses.
Staff were helpful enough although even they warned us that some things were expensive (Euro 22 to have wi-fi) and the room was generally good with a couple of minor complaints; leaky shower head, no batteries in TV remote, aircon not that receptive to changing. Nevertheless the beds themselves were good, (bunk bed options dressed like a circus tent for small kids (9&4) were really good) and the check out time (12 noon) helped.
I would imagine that it's similar in quality to many of the other hotels on the Disney campus given the views you get of them as the bus pulls in on the way to the theme parks. So if I were to go back I'd shop around more for price deals. Abidng memory / feeling is that Magic Circus, whilst offering a generally good standard of accommodation, was too bothered on eaking euros out of you at every opportunity rather than being differential in any other way. Eve's trip to Disneyland Paris
Truly friendly and helpful staff. No faking. Any problems were dealt with immediately and without any hassle.
Brilliant Thai massage for Helen. Good times for the kids in the swimming pool and in the hotel grounds.
A great place to stay for Eve's first, and Faith's second, trip to Disneyland Paris. Reviewed by John Y, who stayed in July 2010
