Stay in Vaugirard
The customer service was excellent and much better than in any other Novotel I stayed before. Coming from the U.S we are used to this service level but not in France. The staff was family friendly and they did everything to help out and make our stay better. Reviewed by alain guiller, who stayed in March 2012

Novotel Vaugirard Review
The hotel is located just 100m from the Vaugirard metro station which is on line 12 and good for easy access to the centre of Paris. The hotel is modern and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. We upgraded to an exec room to get a view of the tower which was well worthwhile. There is a roof top bar but unfortunately this is shut during the winter months which is a shame because the views of the tower from the bar are excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Reviewed by John M, who stayed in October 2011
Good experience
Booked for another location but was told they had to switch us to another branch as there was a problem. Hotel kindly paid for the cab to get us there. It's acceptable location-wise, a few mins walk to the station. Room was in good condition. Reviewed by Y Lu, who stayed in October 2011

Novotel rue de vaugirad paris
Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, all were able to,speak emglish. great location the view of the eiffel tower was fantastic it sparkles for 5 minutes on the hour. clean and comfortable. easy access to the metro only 150m away. would stay here again. only problem was the leaky shower screen, but we just jammed a towel under it. one tip book all attraction tickets on the internet if you can queues are long so save some time doing this Reviewed by Karl K, who stayed in August 2011
two grandparents took their 11 year old granddaughter to paris
We booked novotel because we knew that it would be good service and not very expensive.
we thought all facilities were good; particularlyy the food service. We had such a good evening meal on our first night that we planed to eat there again on our second evening( saturday 25th june). But we found that the whole hotel was devoted to a private party. While looking lost, a junior manager approached us to ask what we wanted. He told us that he'd posted a notice in the elevator about the hotel takeover. We never saw it. So we were caught by surprise.
i think you should tell guests in a better way than simply sticking a notice on a hotel elevator.
other wise it was good Reviewed by Henry G R Taggart, who stayed in June 2011

Great view
The outastanding feature of this hotel is that there was a terrace on the seventh floor (used for conferencing) which was generally left oen and had stunning views of the Paris skyline. The hotel itself was clean ,tidy and had efficient staff. Reviewed by S Chapman, who stayed in April 2011
A Very good Hotel
This hotel is perfect for people who wants to visit the city, and relax, since it is very quiet in the night, the food wasn't the best, but also not the worse, but the breakfast is really good, and the hotel is closer to the train station, what is really good for anyone who wants to enjoy the city, or go to disneyland paris, like us, the value for the money was perfect, and you got a really good sofitel experience, you relax, and feel like the holyday of your life, i strongly reccomend Reviewed by Luciano Francisco Flores Rosa, who stayed in April 2011

Really nice hotel. 2 seconds walk from Vaugirard metro, on line 12, so great access all over the city. Lovely breakfast too, with lots of choice. Excellent value, especially considering the prices for eating out in paris. Reviewed by A Panico, who stayed in April 2011
