Good value for money
The hotel provides comfort and convenience at a great price. The family room is spacious and the easily accommodates 2 children. Reviewed by S Mountford, who stayed in November 2011
a great family room
The hotel was great and very easy access to disneyland park. Everything was as it should be, although I would say a bit pricey for what it was. Swimming pool was basic and small but very clean and warm. Food was great and excellent choise. Altogether a fantastic experience. Reviewed by debbie d, who stayed in August 2010
took grandaughter to disney paris
athe check in was slow as they had not got room of the type booked ,however they then offered an upgrade and we were given a junior suite. This had an enormous bathroom and a divided room with 2 tv's a nice double but a not too great sofa bed.
the room service was good and every afternoon they came in and opened and made the sofa bed. Pool was nice and almost empty .
My only grumble was the breakfast and evening meal's restaurant service. one believes French waiters are great ,well they do not seem to prove it here long waits and in fact had to ask 3 times for a glass of water for my grandaughter,it all seemed to be just too much for them all.
Advertised beauty and massage but not available during our stay
Bus to disney was nice , but remember if it says it leaves at a particular time --it will probably be gone a few minutes before.
bar snacks were nice ,fresh and well served.
Not sure if we will go back as would prefer proper bed not sofa bed

Overall we were happy with our stay, however I felt the bar and barfood was extremely expensive for the food served! All staff were professional in manner yet the barman on duty over that weekend was not as friendly as he should be! Reviewed by pearse egan, who stayed in August 2010
Poor Services
I booked in this hotel quicker, but when I got there the services were very slow. Long queues in checking in. It seems that this hotel is short of staff. We are a family of 4 and the room had 1 cup and a towel for one person. The safe was not working. I called for room service many times and the responds was slow taking up to an hour to get help. What really annoyed me much the next day when my son got stuck on the doors and got hurt. I asked for first aid kit so that I could treat my son and the guy by the check in desk 'Owen" his name asked me to sit down and wait while he continued to save his customer. I had to rush up to the room with him to use my first aid kit.
If anyone books in this hotel must be prepared to look after themselves. If you have a baby like us and need a cot, you must bring one because it can take up to 6 hours before you can get one. Reviewed by D Emmanuel, who stayed in July 2010
