Apartment?
We arrived late and although we had said we were arriving late our rooms had been given to someone else, consequently one of the rooms had been used and not cleaned. The staff changed this room immediately though. However it was freezing all night because the heating didn't work and there was only a sheet and thin blanket on the bed. The pillows were naff too.
When I mentioned this in the morning to the receptionist she replied that they would have given us extra blankets if we asked as the reception was open 24/7. However, she did not seem to understand that in the middle of the night the last thing you want to do if have to ask for blankets because the heating isn't working.
The next day everyone walked around in there coats because it was so cold.
The equipment for the kitchen consisted of a small saucepan two cups and saucers and a knife and spoon. Not sure how we was suppose to use the cooker then and eat or drink anything hot, no plates either. Reviewed by J Durmush, who stayed in October 2011
Basic Accommodations
Basic Accommodations for a trip to Euro Disney. Euro Disney was not like the Disneyland in the USA, so Beware!!! Also, if you plan to cook, be prepared to pay a 20 Euro cash deposit to "use" the pots and pans. These are not in the room, and you have to ask for them at the front desk. Also, be prepared to pay 2 Euro for dish soap and a sponge, otherwise, if the pots and pans aren't clean, you forfeit your 20 Euros!! Reviewed by D Brown, who stayed in June 2011
2 Night Disney stay
When we first arrived we were a bit apprehensive by the surrounding area but the reception was nice and clean and staff were great and spoke good english. When we entered the room we were surprised by the lack of bed but soon worked out that we had booked a studio and this came with a sofa bed. The room was clean and tidy but we found a few marks on the bedding and the glasses/plates in the kitchen shoul have been cleaned, Also the fridge needed plugging in and switching on too!! This was all easily sorted and after the few teething problems we both loved the room and found the fridge and microwave very handy. The hotel was really well situated to Disneyland with a shuttle to take you there if booked for a small fee. Considering the price we found the hotel to be excellent value and close to Disney and will be staying there again!!! Reviewed by paul tasker, who stayed in June 2011
Shockingly dirty, no bed only Sofa Bed
Value for money is one thing, but this falls below par. You must have a car as you are a good 3kms from anywhere to get a meal, think commercial industrial wasteland and you get the picture. I paid 66 euros a night so wasnt expecting any kind of luxury but there is a certain standard one expects. Wee and poo on the walls around the toilet, absolutely filthy carpet, in the hallways it looks as though vomit had been left to congeal for months is more like a squat than a 3 star Hotel. The big problem is that there is no real bed only a Sofa Bed - very uncomfortable, lumpy with old smelly pillows and thin worn blankets and holes in the sheets.
I have given a 5 for customer service as the only staff member I encountered in 4 days was at reception, and she was as helpful as able to be - Giving us pillows when there were none in the room, and giving light bulbs as we had no lights working on arrival.
All in all a disgrace! Oh and forget the whole studio apartment thing you do not get anything at all to clean the dishes if you make anything with your 2 cups bowls plates and cutlery and one stained saucepan. Reviewed by T white, who stayed in May 2011
For a basic 3 star hotel this is perfect, value for money!!!
After reading reviews before staying at this hotel I was a little worried. However, I was pleasently surprised.
We arrived at CDG airport at 7am in the morning and as we could not check in till 3pm we decided to purchase a 'one day travel pass' zone 1-6'. This allowed us to get from CDG to Paris (leave our luggage at Gard De Nord Station lockers (4-9 Euros) )and stay a few hours sightseeing before making our way to our hotel for 3pm. From Paris we took the train to Chessy (Euro Disney) as this was the closest station. Once we arrived at Chessy we could have taken a number 43 bus to the hotel but as we were not too sure we took a taxi (15 Euros) to the hotel.
We were given a spacious and clean family room on the first floor (Double bed and sofa bed). Table and 4 chairs, TV. Read the instruction on how to open up the sofa bed before you attempt it!
Kitchen area had a fridge freezer and microwave, pan, cutlery and crockery. You might want to bring a tea towel and washing up liquid as not provided.
Two vending machines on ground floor with sandwiches, snacks and drinks only half full. Hotel has no resturant so we popped on a bus using our travel pass ( or 1 Euro 80 cents)and went to 'Valley Europe' shopping centre. Bus stop is less then 2 min walk from hotel and bus drivers happy to let you know when to get off and pick up bus later. Journey took about 8 mins. Shopping centre has all the usual chain store shops and a huge supermarket for you to stock up on snacks, drinks etc....
Breakfast in the morning is served from 7.30 - 10am in a very small room on the first floor. As it was so busy we were informed that we could take our breakfast back to our room, which suited us. Coissants, pain au chocolat, french bread stick, cereals, jams, nutella, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, yoghurts. No fruit, ham or cheeses so worth purchasing from supermarket to make up sandwiches for your day.
Eurodisney can be reached by no 43 bus (2 Euros) or taxi (15 Euros) or there is a hotel shuttle bus (5 Euros per room each way). It is important that you book your space on the shuttle bus at least a day before as it leaves every half hour from 9am - 10.30 am and returns from 6pm - 10.30pm and gets booked up really quickly. The driver does drive fast, but maybe that is how all drives in France drive?
You can rent from reception an iron, hair dryer, kettle and a coffe machine (deposit 20 Euros).
Has a gym but cant comment on as didnt use it and also has an outfoor pool but was not open so can not also comment on.
This hotel was perfect for my family and I. We could not have asked for a better 3 star hotel. If we wanted more then what we recieved then we would have booked a higher rated star hotel!!

Disneyland stopover
We stayed at the hotel for 1 night after spending the day at Disney. The hotel was easy to find and a very short driving distance from the Disney resort. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and friendly-We had a young baby so decided to get a takeaway delivered to the hotel-the staff called it through for us and it was lovely. The room itself was of the same standard as a premier inn/travellodge but a fraction of the price-i would stay there again and would reccomend it as a defo! Could have been better!
The heating was broken for the 5 days we were there. The temperature outside was freezing. When I asked about it they said no one could come because it was Bank holidays and the weekend. The first night we came back to the Hotel our room was flooded, having just unpacked it was as real pain to have to move again at midnight. We walked to Disney the first time it took us an hour after that we got a cab which cost between 15 and 20 euros! Apart from those things we had a really good time. everything was nice, the room was warm and clean, the mini kitchen very convenient.
the only negative thing that the bed was actually a couch, even though it was a pretty good one Reviewed by EIRINI K, who stayed in November 2010
Rooms were good, staff were unfriendly
They gave us the wrong room even though we ordered a different room, and then they made us pay 50 euro to change to the room we ordered in the 1st place. The rooms are really good and there is WiFi. But, it wasn't all that close to Disneyland and the cabs the hotel sent cost 15 euros for the 5 minute ride to DinseyLand. Overall: OK hotel Reviewed by Tomer R, who stayed in August 2010
