reading other reviews i was surprised at how helpful and pleasant the receptionist was. Apartment could have been cleaner. There was a dirty pillow case left behind the curtain on the window sill in lounge also. Reviewed by t clark, who stayed in June 2011

We recently stayed at Sejours et Affaires Serris Rives Gauche while on a weekend trip to Paris Disneyland. It is a short walk from the Val d'Europe train station that is one stop away from DIsneyland station on the RER, making it an ideal location for disneyland visitors. The apartment was fantastic, we only wish we had more time to spend there to enjoy the facilities. We had a one bedroom apartment with twin beds, that also had a kitchen with full amenities, bathroom and living/dining area. Our apartment also had a large private balcony attached. the room where very clean and near the shopping center and the train station
if you are going to disney is the best place to stay if you went to save money you can see disney from your hotel window if you getting there by car the hotel is very hard to find we passed it two time before we found it . you have to book your car park in advence but you can park for free in the shopping center also in disney if you park in disney is £15 eu a day but if you park in disney vilage is only 8eu Reviewed by a hamri, who stayed in May 2011

when we first arrived, it is simply easy to miss out the apart hotel, as the signage was not clear. however that is all the negative comment I can comment on. Otherwise, great place to stay, excellent beds, (it must have been the most comfortable bed I stayed in) my kids love it. great value for money, close to disney, walking distance to val d;europe outlet. supermarket, restaurants disneyland which is one stop away. and also has a shuttle bus service to and from val d europe to disneyy. fantastic hotel. i will definitely come back and lastly staff are very child friendly too.. We stayed at a Disney resort the first night and wished we had stayed here. The room was very clean and spacious with underground parking for just 7 Euros. Small kitchenette was well equipped, and the TV had an inclusive DVD player. Separate bedroom with a sofa bed in the living area. For the money it was an excellent room. Hotel was good value for money in a good location. 2 minutes walk to val d'europe shopping centre/restaurants and 5 minutes drive to Disney. We booked a self catering room for 6 but were put in a room for 4. They did change our room but said they don't sell rooms for 6 on the internet so make sure you have the right room before you travel. Also, the map link from laterooms.com sends you to the wrong place so again check before you travel. Overall well worth staying here and a lot cheaper than the Disney hotels! The 'Hotel/Apartments' were not what I expected based on the pictures/description on line. It seems this is infact an apatartment block that has been very quickley re-decorated in order to market it as holiday lets. Was not easy to find from the instructions ans when we arived it felt like we were walking into a private resisdence. The room was fairly clean but not great, kitchen was very poorly equipt.
