SUPER PLACE
All the staff from the reception to the housekeepers were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it with confidence to anyone. Reviewed by Dianne Harratt, who stayed in April 2012

A suprising experience
I have never reviewed a hotel before and I travel a lot with work so I have seen a few in my time, my partner booked this room for a weekend break and I had already made my mind (based on the price) it was going to be a run down and miserable. I was immediately impressed with the entrance (obviously newly re-furbished), friendliness of the staff and how quickly we were booked in. The room was clean, bright and fresh with a comfy bed and good shower and the breakfast was good with eggs perfect for bread soldiers. Our return flight was cancelled and as the mobile booking site for BA was down I asked to use their PC which was no trouble at all and within minutes I had it sorted. If you compare it to another time this happened at another hotel I was pointed to an internet cafe some 10 minutes walk away which didnt impress me. I will make a point of staying here again next time I am in Paris. Reviewed by b barton, who stayed in February 2012
Excellent place to stay
I have been to Paris a number of times and this was teh best Hotel I have stayed in to date.
All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and we will definately stay here again. The hotel has been very weel refurbished and the rooms are very clean and tidy. The building is situated in a Parisian street right next to the Number 13 metro line and full of great shops Reviewed by Simon P, who stayed in January 2012
Enjoyable weekend stay
We felt this hotel was very good value. Decor everywhere fresh and contemporary. Just a small frontage with a desk at reception but for a base-perfect. Room on fourth floor (lift) overlooked the main road but had double glazed balcony windows and it was fun looking down at the trees and Christmas street decorations. The Metro was just at the end of the street and despite walking MILES we loved our short break. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. Reviewed by Ray M, who stayed in November 2011

Excellent experience at this hotel - very close to a Metro station, looks like it's newly refurbished, very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff spoke English and were very friendly and attentive. A refreshing change from the poor quality we often pay over the odds for in England. Reviewed by A Taylor, who stayed in July 2011
It was comfortable and clean
We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff friendly and helpful - particularly as we struggled to communicate our request for another towel (or serviette, as we now know). The staff were very nice at breakfast too. We also liked the eclectic location. Reviewed by Helen G, who stayed in July 2011
Such a lovely surprise
The hotel was being refurbished when we made the booking so we were a bit nervous that it would not be open in time and I think we may have been among the first customers! The place was absolutely spotless. There were five of us so we had adjoining rooms. They were smallish but contained everything you need (athough more coat hangers would have been nice). The bathroom was tiny but fabulous - the shower was amazing. The staff were young, smart and extremely friendly and accommodating. I don't think they can be faulted. The breakfast at 8 euros per person sounds expensive but there was a good choice and you could eat your fill... The only slight downside is that there is no parking at the hotel. It is on a main street. We parked at the multi storey near the metro (which is only a few steps away) which was really expensive. It was 25 euros a day or 41 euros a week, which is what we opted for.
