Perfectly adequate for a stay in Paris
Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced parking, very helpful and courteous staff. No frills, but everything functional and reasonably pleasant. The neighbourhood is a potential drawback - right next to an immigration centre - which was a tad intimidating to begin with. Reviewed by Gareth M, who stayed in April 2012
Perfect accommodation if you want more than simply a hotel room at a good price
The apartments offer you the chance to move and explore Paris at your own pace - wake late, eat in or out, relax between trips etc.
Free internet access in your room is a plus.
The reception staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable and you're within a quick walk of three metro stations and even walking down to the river is only half an hour at an easy pace. Reviewed by Christine B, who stayed in April 2012

Great value for money!
On arrival we were greated by very friendly english speaking staff who were keen to help and offered to carry our luggage up to our rooms as the lift was being serviced. The overall quality of the room was good a spacious was nice to have access to a kitchen area throughout our stay. Some of the kitchen utensils and surfaces needed to be cleaned before use but other main areas like sheets and bathroom were lovely and clean. Not much of a view but what can you ask from a room this good and that cheap. Reviewed by Hannah B, who stayed in February 2012

Central, good value accommodation
Really good location. Make sure to ask for a room not on the top floor - ours was and you lose some space with the roof eaves. Staff were really helpful, free wifi worked perfectly and strong signal even though on the top floor. Room is small - like a hotel room with a kitchen in a cupboard, but it had everything you would need to make breakfasts and uncomplicated meals. Was bitterly cold in Paris when we were there but the heating was really effective, not cold at all inside and the beds incredibly comfortable. Maybe not one for a romantic break but a good find. Small but clean
The bed was two singles pushed together, very clean hotel but no bar only couple of vending machines in lobby. Staff were very heplful & easy access into city centre. Reviewed by M NICHOLLS, who stayed in February 2012
Not very clean, noisy, uncomfortable beds! Terrible night!
We found the hotel pretty easily, and the reception staff were very helpful and polite, and spoke good French and English. The room was easy to find, we were on the ground floor facing out onto the passage. The room itself was much smaller than the promo photos suggest, though this is to be expected to a degree - but this room did not fit the description of 'apartment'. It was a hotel room with a bit of a kitchen inside a cupboard. The two beds were incredibly narrow, about 2/3 of the width of a normal UK single, and also shorter than usual. In the morning we both woke up with back pain from the curled-up positions we'd slept in! The room was not really thoroughly cleaned, there was dust and bits all over the floor. The 'kitchen' was a cupboard containing a hob, sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, and some plates and cutlery. There was no oven, although the hotel website did say there was one, though the microwave did have a grill mode. The fridge didn't really work well as the seal on the door was almost entirely detached, and just swinging around loose. I had to wash up with my hands only as the scouring pad provided was brown and looked like it hadn't been replaced since the place opened! Washing up liquid was provided through a soap dispenser that was some way from the sink, so in order to put any in the sink it was necessary to use some sort of receptacle to transfer it, very awkward. The bathroom was very small but reasonably clean. There was no holder for the shower head so you couldn't have a proper shower, you had to just hold it with one hand and wash yourself with the other. The hair dryer provided didn't work at all. I was impressed with the offer of free WiFi, but the signal was very weak, and our room was only three doors down from reception. I imagine many rooms just wouldn't get any at all. It also kept disconnecting you every few minutes, which made streaming difficult. The wardrobe doors were not actually attached to anything, they were just pieces of wood you put in place across the doorway of the wardrobe when you weren't using it. Finally, the location was quite noisy - both in terms of noise from the street (unexpected since it was located in a quiet passage rather than on a road) and from other guests in the corridor outside the room. Between this and the uncomfortable beds, we had a really terrible nights sleep unfortunately. Reviewed by Dan M, who stayed in January 2012
Does the job
The room dis suitable if you don't plan on spending much time there.
The pictures on the site appear very well furnished, in reality the room is similar but just not decorated or as swanky as they promote it to be.
Overall it does the job, I think it should be cheaper though or made to be more spacious, or at least appear as it does in the photos. It's slightly misleading... it's almost like, 'this is what it could be like if you lived here and furnished it yourself'.

A great base to explore Paris

Great base for exploring Paris!
We stayed here just before Christmas. Finding the apartment and then the parking was a little complicated, but no real drama. Very pleased with room - had exactly what we needed. The tiny bathroom was functional, but did smell a little damp - hence not giving full marks. No view to speak of, but the consequent bonus was that the room was very quiet. Parking very secure - we had no worries about our vehicle. Found a couple of small supermarkets close by to fill the fridge, which saved us a fortune. Immediate surrounding area full of great value 'ethnic' restaurants - traditional French fare available just a little farther away. Reviewed by Carole B, who stayed in December 2011
